Mowze M60 Reservation Agreement
Effective date: July 20, 2026 Company: Mowze LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("Mowze," "we," "us," or "our")
This Reservation Agreement ("Agreement") explains what happens when you place a reservation for the Mowze M60 robotic electric commercial mower (the "Mower"). Please read it before you reserve, because, by placing a reservation you are agreeing to these terms.
1. What a reservation is
A reservation secures your place in line for upcoming production of the Mower, and it lets us keep you informed as the Mower becomes available in your region. A reservation is not a purchase, it is not an order for a specific unit, and it does not obligate you to buy anything. It also does not obligate Mowze to sell you a Mower on any particular timeline. This Agreement does not constitute an offer to sell the Mower and does not create a binding contract of sale. When production capacity opens up and a Mower becomes available for you, we will reach out to you to arrange the purchase, and the actual sale will be governed by a separate purchase agreement provided at that time.
2. The reservation deposit
To place a reservation, you pay a deposit of $500 (USD), which is charged at the time you reserve. The deposit is fully refundable at any time before it is applied toward a purchase, and, if you decide to move forward, the full $500 is credited toward the price of your Mower. The deposit is a good-faith placeholder to reserve your spot. It is not a payment for the Mower itself.
3. What your reservation does and does not do
Your reservation secures your position in line based on the date you make it, and it entitles you to production updates and to be contacted with priority as Mowers become available in your area. Your reservation does not guarantee a delivery date, does not set or lock a final purchase price, and does not reserve a specific serial-numbered unit or configuration. Delivery timing and final pricing will be confirmed in writing when we contact you to arrange your purchase.
4. How the reservation works
The reservation process runs in a few simple steps. First, you place your deposit, and we send you a confirmation email with your reservation number. Next, as production capacity opens up, we contact you directly to discuss delivery options, setup, and any training your team needs. When we have an estimated delivery window for you, we confirm current pricing and timing in writing, and you decide whether to proceed. If you proceed, we credit your $500 deposit toward the purchase price and provide a separate purchase agreement for the sale, with full payment due before your Mower ships. Finally, we arrange delivery of your Mower and help get your team up and running. At every step before you make the purchase, you remain free to cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit.
5. Refunds
You may cancel your reservation and request a refund at any time before your deposit has been applied toward a purchase, and you will receive the full $500 back. To cancel, please email us at info@mowze.com with your reservation number, and we will process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds will generally appear within 5 to 10 business days after they are issued.
6. Turning your reservation into a purchase
When a Mower becomes available for you, we will contact you using the information on file to confirm current pricing and delivery timing. If you choose to proceed, your $500 deposit is credited toward the purchase price, and the purchase itself is governed by a separate purchase agreement that you will review and accept at that time. If you choose not to proceed, you may cancel and receive your full refund per Section 5 above. Nothing in this Agreement requires you to complete a purchase.
7. No obligation to purchase
You are under no obligation to buy a Mower unless and until you sign the purchase agreement. Mowze is under no obligation to supply a Mower until full payment is received. The terms of this Agreement govern only your reservation and deposit, and they do not create any binding commitment to buy or sell the Mower itself.
8. Eligibility
Reservations are available to business and commercial buyers located in the lower 48 contiguous United States. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. If you are placing a reservation on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to this Agreement, and that the entity is the party reserving the Mower. We may decline or cancel any reservation that falls outside these eligibility terms and issue a full refund of the deposit if we have taken it.
9. Your reservation number
When your reservation is confirmed, we assign you a unique reservation number that is randomly generated and does not indicate your position in line. Please reference this number in any communication with us about your reservation.
10. The complimentary hat
Every reservation includes a complimentary Mowze hat, sent to the shipping address you provide at checkout, at no cost to you and subject to availability. The hat is a promotional gift, separate from your deposit, and it has no effect on your right to a full refund. If you cancel your reservation before your hat has shipped, we will not send one, and if you cancel after it has already shipped, the hat is yours to keep and we will not ask you to return it. Providing an accurate shipping address at checkout helps ensure your hat reaches you.
11. Communications
By reserving, you agree that we may contact you by email about your reservation and about production and availability updates for the Mower. These messages are part of administering your reservation. You can ask to stop receiving general updates at any time, though we may still need to reach you regarding your specific reservation.
12. Product specifications and pricing
The specifications, features, availability, and expected timing described on our website and in our materials reflect our current plans and targets, and they may change before the Mower reaches production. We may adjust specifications or configurations as needed to meet manufacturing, safety, or regulatory requirements. Nothing in this Agreement is a warranty or a guarantee of any particular specification. Final pricing, along with any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping or delivery charges, will be disclosed when we provide your purchase agreement, and final specifications will be set out there as well.
13. Payment processing and your deposit
Reservation deposits are processed by our third-party payment processor, and any card or banking details you enter are handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy practices. Mowze does not receive or store your complete payment card information. We maintain sufficient funds to refund all outstanding deposits so that your deposit can be returned to you promptly whenever you are entitled to a refund under this Agreement.
14. Compliance with law
This reservation program is intended to comply with applicable federal and state consumer-protection and advance-payment rules, including Federal Trade Commission guidance on prepayments and refund disclosures. We may update this program at any time as needed to remain compliant with applicable law.
15. Privacy
We handle the information you provide in connection with your reservation in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By reserving, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described there.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mowze will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your reservation, your deposit, or this Agreement, including any delay, change, or cancellation. Our total liability relating to your reservation will not exceed the amount of your deposit.
17. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time, and we will make the current version available on our website. Any material change will not affect deposits placed before the change without your consent, and, if we make a change that materially and negatively affects your reservation, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit if you do not wish to continue under the updated terms.
18. Cancellation by Mowze
We may cancel your reservation and refund your full deposit at any time and for any reason, including if we are unable to fulfill it, if we discontinue or substantially change the Mower, if we cannot verify your eligibility, or if we reasonably determine the reservation was placed fraudulently or in error. A refund of your deposit is the full extent of our obligation to you if we cancel your reservation.
19. Assignment
We may assign or transfer this Agreement, including our rights and obligations under it, without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your reservation or this Agreement, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment in violation of this Section is void.
20. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this Agreement, including with respect to production, delivery timing, or communications, to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, component shortages, transportation delays, or other similar events.
21. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with any purchase agreement entered into under Section 6, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mowze regarding your reservation and supersedes any prior discussions or understandings on that subject. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current so that we can reach you regarding your reservation; Mowze is not responsible for any delay or inability to contact you resulting from outdated or inaccurate information on file.
22. Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Please read this section carefully, because it affects your legal rights. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your reservation, your deposit, or this Agreement will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will take place in Maryland or another location the parties agree on, and the arbitrator may award any remedy available under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Mowze each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to have a dispute resolved in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
All disputes must be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative proceeding. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, this arbitration provision will be void.
