Chris Milner

Founder & CEO
Engineer (MS EE) and economist; designed and built the proof-of-concept robot (2022); hands-on engineer still. Designed the battery pack, cutting deck, and traction system.

CFO
30+ years in finance, operations, and strategy as a fractional CFO to owner-run companies. Chris’s CFO at Oakleaf Group, from turnaround to a $21M peak to its sale. Specialties: turnarounds and high-growth companies.
Zack Kline

Director, robotic mowing
Founded A.I.R. (2011), the DC area’s first robotic-mowing landscaper; joined Mowze 2025. President, Landscape Contractors Assn. DC-MD-VA; LCA Emerging Professional of the Year 2022. 2026 pipeline: 270 deals, 15 customers.
Forrest Milner

Robotics & software lead
Coded full software stack: embedded on mower, path planner, fleet management, phone App, wand. Built all electronic circuitry and daughterboards. Integrated subsystems: vision, battery management, radios, thermal management. Designed all internal and external enclosures. BS EE.
Wilmer Molina

Fleet & Operations Center
Builds and repairs every machine and runs the Operations Center console. Designs improvements in response to breakdowns and failures. BS EE.
Dan Sharp

Mechanical engineer
Engineer, product designer, and machinist; 15 years across heavy industrial, aircraft-engine, and consumer products. Designs the chassis and deck.
